Wall crawler necromorph

This is an unfinished picture of a fan-necromorph I made up a while ago. It has sticky feet and hands to cling to walls, and tends to hide in dark corners, sneaking up on Isaac as he walks past (although they make a slight popping sound as they move, so that could tip off Isaac as to his status as prey). Oh, and it might also have a long, barbed tongue, with which to latch onto its enemies with.
